HRIS : The Conclusion

Hello everyone, In a conclusion, we know that the rapid growth of technology is influences to organization and life. ‘Information and Competitive Advantages’, ‘HRIS Systems and Systems Architecture’ and ‘Human Resource Recruiting and Staffing’ give me a new opinion and knowledge also understanding about Human Resource Information System subject. Besides, Dr. Nur Naha and Dr. Roya Anvari give a clear and good explanations about this subject to students.

I am understand nowadays technology is an essential in business process rather than only relying on human capabilities in performing their tasks. As to prepare myself for future job, I hope this subject will help me to familiar with technology and Information System. Based on this subject, I really hope that I can get a good knowledge and interesting experiences through this subject for my future life. This information and knowledge can be used to share ideas to my future organization.
