Introduction

When I attended the first class ( 10 September 2012 ) of this subject ‘Human Resource Information System ( SHP 3423 )’, in my mind this subject only focused on computer and software. But now, I am very happy because Dr. Roya Anvari and Dr. Nur Naha changes my perception with gives a good explanation about this subject. According to Beckers & Bsat (2002) using HRIS gives firms several advantages such as increasing competitiveness by improving HR operations and management processes.

My name is Mohd Hafedz Bin Bohari. I was born in Johor Bahru at 18 March 1990. Now I am student who is taking a course of Bachelor of Science ( Human Resource Development ) in Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. I grew up in a small town called Ulu Tiram, Johor.
