In a conclusion, we know that ‘web based employee learning and development’, ‘web based occupational safety and health’ and ‘web based compensation and planning’ is an important aspect in human resource information system ( Kavanagh, 2012 ). I also want to say thank you to our friends because gives a good explanations and information in presentation activity. Besides that, I also want to say thank you to Dr. Roya Anvari because gives and also explained with using a good examples about human resource information system subject in class.

From the three topic I have explained and reflect, I elaborates it by my own understanding, I know the three topic like ‘web based employee learning and development’, ‘web based occupational safety and health’ also ‘web based compensation and planning’ is very useful when I start working in organizations.
